I love putting my old journalist hat on and asking questions where their eyes light up with each answer in return, and working with an editor to make sure their story is told just right.

This was a no brainer for startup customers, but what about a 100 year old insurance company? We traveled to the beautiful city of Birmingham, Alabama to capture this incredible story about why every company needs to evolve performance management for the workplace of the future.
Coupa is the leading Business Spend Management platform. The company serves procurement, finance, and supply chain leaders. In telling the story of customer Southcentral Foundation, we wanted to both capture the incredible work the organization is doing for its community, as well as bring to life many use cases so their story would be relevant for not just non-profits and regional healthcare systems, but any company managing a distributed workforce. After all, if an organization spread out all over remote Alaska can managing procurement and AP with Coupa, any company with multiple office locations could too! We also set out to capture the IT story around how IT found Coupa easy to implement and maintain.
Another Coupa customer, Theravance Biopharma, shared their story about how they were able to free up their scientists time to focus on their jobs. We also focused on the ease of implementation and maintenance from the IT angle. .
